Craft and Equip Your Powers
Once you have the materials, return to Diablo 4 Items the Horadric Interface and begin crafting:

Select your Catalyst

Choose an Infusion

Apply an Arcana modifier

This will generate a new spell that you can equip in your ability bar, similar to any class skill. You can also equip Horadric Jewels in a separate UI to unlock passive enhancements.
